Άδεια κυκλοφορίας μοτοσυκλετας (μόνο)

Είναι νόμιμο να προσφέρω προς πώληση άδεια μοτοσυκλέτας 400κ.εκ Kawasaki LTD KZ400 μοντελο 1981 χωρίς να υπάρχει πλέον η μηχανή; (υπήρχε κάποτε σε κουτιά για ανακατασκευή, αλλά πλεον έχουν χαθεί).
